How does it work?

 

The Traveling Tooth Fairy is a team of dental professionals dedicated to providing exceptional preventative dental care through a school-based dental program. In collaboration with the Illinois Department of Health and Family Services, our mission is to enhance access to care by promoting oral health awareness and offering preventative services. Our team of doctors, hygienists, and assistants are excited to partner with you in delivering preventative care to students, just steps away from their classrooms. No cost to the schools or parents!

 

Step by Step:

 

1. Coordination between the school nurse and our dental team to visit your school.
2. The school will distribute forms to each student to take home. Their parent or guardian will review the forms and complete them and return the forms to the school.
3. Completed forms are sent to us and we will take care of the rest.
4. Our team sets up a portable dental clinic in the designated area of the school and provides preventative dental services.
